“My daughter and I started by simply visiting seniors in nursing homes—spending time, talking, and showing love. We even held small lemonade stands and used the money we made to buy gifts for the seniors. Along the way, we realized how many of them were facing loneliness. What started as small acts of kindness turned into a bigger mission—to make sure no senior feels forgotten.”

The Heart Behind the Care
Katrelia C. Johnson is the Founder and Agency Director of Golden Years Aged Well Home Care. With over five (5) years of leadership and supervisory experience and nearly two (2) years supporting senior populations, she brings a strong foundation in operations management, staff oversight, service coordination, and compassionate client-centered care.
Katrelia successfully completed Home Care Licensure Applicant Training through the Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC of NC) and NATIONAL CAREGIVER CERTIFICATION AS A HOME HEALTH AIDE , strengthening her expertise in regulatory compliance, agency standards, and quality care practices.
Her passion for serving seniors is rooted in promoting dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life for every client entrusted to Golden Years Aged Well Home Care.
